Returns & Refunds

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

We accept non-perishable returns on all unopened and undamaged items with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to take back returns for items, if they have been opened or damaged. We understand that occasionally, you will be unhappy with products that have been opened. These returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and returns will be accepted at Pampered Puppies management’s discretion.


REFUNDS

For return eligible items, refunds will be made in the original form of payment or as a credit to your Pampered Puppies account for use on any product or service we sell. If we are refunding a credit or debit card purchase, please allow a few business days for 3rd party processing after we have issued the refund. Delivery fees are not refundable.


Exceptions are at Pampered Puppies management’s discretion.
