SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS *
If a confirmed booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee as booked.
* Excludes Boarding.
NO SHOWS *
If you do not show up for a confirmed booking, and you do not call to cancel or reschedule the appointment, you will be charged the 100% of the service fee as booked.
