Brittney Lopez, Groomer

Hi, I’m Brittney! I have been grooming dogs professionally for five years. I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life and grew up in Worcester County, where I still live today. I grew up with dogs and cats and have always been a huge animal and nature lover.

In my 20s, I worked with young children in a daycare setting, where I built much of my confidence in communication by speaking with parents every day about their child’s needs and progress. I later realized my biggest passion was helping animals, so I began volunteering at a rescue zoo. Not long after, I started as a bather at Petco, completed their pet stylist academy, and have been a dog groomer ever since.

My experience includes holistic grooming and training under senior groomers. I especially enjoy working with young pups and breeds of all kinds. I hope to become a Certified Professional Groomer (CPG) through International Professional Groomers (IPG) and Fear Free Certified. My background with families also helps me communicate clearly with pet parents about what their dog needs.

Outside of work, I spend my time with my two teens and our animals, exploring nearby state parks and paddle boarding. Our family includes a golden retriever named Murphy, two cats, two ferrets, and a bearded dragon, who are all so loved! I am so excited to join Pampered Puppies and get to know you and your pups.
