Shipping policy
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free same day delivery for items in stock within 3.0 miles of our store on orders >$79 and received by 3:00pm, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). For qualifying orders received after 3:00pm, free local delivery will be on the next business day. You will receive an email or a text message when your order is out for delivery. If no one is home to receive the order, we will take a photo and leave your order outside your door. We assume no responsibility for the order once it has been delivered. To use this service, select "Local Delivery" as the shipping method at checkout.
IN-STORE PICK-UP
We offer same day pick-up in our store for items in stock, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders will usually be ready for pick-up within one hour of payment. You will receive an email or a text message when your order is ready. Purchase confirmation will be required. If no one collects the order within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded to make the product available to others. You will also be charged a $12.50 re-stocking fee, regardless of the size of the order. To use this service, select "In-Store Pick-up" as the shipping method at checkout.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the continental USA on non-food orders >$79. Shipping will be using the most economical method at the time provided by the USPS or UPS. Typical delivery times are 3-5 days, depending upon your delivery location, but can be longer. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been fulfilled.
On orders not qualifying for free standard shipping, shipping costs will be determined by the total weight of the order, the shipping container and the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.
We do not currently ship outside of the continental USA.
RETURN SHIPPING
We do not offer free return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
