Terms of service

SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS 

If a confirmed booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee as booked. (Boarding short notice cancellations are defined in the Boarding Release Form.)

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up for a confirmed booking, and you do not call to cancel or reschedule the appointment, you will be charged the 100% of the service fee as booked. (Boarding no shows are defined in the Boarding Release Form.)

Exceptions are at Pampered Puppies management's discretion.
