Megan Butler, Retail Supervisor

Hi, I'm Megan! I am originally from West Virginia, where I grew up surrounded by nature, with mountains, woods, and plenty of animals close at hand. That is where my lifelong love of animals, and especially dogs, began.

I stayed close to home for college, earning my BS in Sports Management from West Virginia University. Between coursework in event operations, marketing, and team leadership, I picked up a lot of the organizational and people skills that carry over directly to running a retail floor.

At Pampered Puppies I supervise our retail store and front desk, so I am often the first face you see when you walk in and the last one to wave goodbye. If you are looking for a new food, treat, or toy, I am happy to help you find the right fit. One of my favorite parts of the job is being around dogs every day. I get to make sure the dogs in our care are spoiled, just as they deserve. Dogs give us so much unconditional love, and I love knowing that I play a part in returning that love to them.

Working here lets me learn something new every day as I continue to grow in the pet care field. Someday I hope to open a dog rescue or a sanctuary for senior dogs. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring Boston's museums and animal attractions.
