Hi, I'm Omar! I have more than a decade of experience in pet care, training, and grooming, and I have had the privilege of working with some of the most respected animal welfare organizations in New England. Pampered Puppies stands out to me as the best in the business, a place where care, compassion, and quality training come first.

My love for animals began early. Growing up in Brooklyn, I was always bringing stray dogs home, much to my mother's dismay. "Not in my apartment!" was her usual response, but my affection for animals only grew stronger. I never did convince her to allow a dog, though I did win approval for parakeets, and I spent my teenage years helping neighborhood strays any way I could.

It wasn't until my thirties that I found a way to turn that love into a career. I volunteered with the National Education for Assistance Dog Services (NEADS), where I learned to train and care for assistance dogs. That experience opened my eyes to professional dog care and introduced me to a mentor who helped shape my path. Through my work with MSPCA-Angell and the nonprofit Don't Throw Us Away (DTUA), I deepened my skills and found my true calling in dog training and care.

Today I bring that experience to Pampered Puppies, where I supervise our daycare and boarding and help dogs and their owners thrive. Please stop by and say hello. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend!
