Paula Machado, Groomer

Hi, I’m Paula! I’m originally from São Paulo, Brazil but grew up in Worcester County. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been passionate about animals and wanted to pursue a career centered on animal welfare. In 2013, I graduated high school and also became a certified veterinary assistant in the state of Massachusetts. Since then I’ve done hundred of hours of internships at vet clinics, and in 2015, I started my grooming journey! Most recently, I was grooming at a busy veterinarian clinic, and I loved being able to incorporate my veterinary knowledge and my passion for grooming! You can say I’ve definitely seen it all, from tiny teacup chihuahuas to Great Danes; I love them all!

I have two puppies of my own, who are the light of my life – a Jack Russel Terrier named Emma and a Dachshund named Daisy Mae. We love to go on nature walks, which is where you’ll typically find us when the weather is nice! 

I can’t wait to meet your pup and welcome them into the Pampered Puppies family. I know you and they will be treated like royalty!
